I am Roksana, based in Luxembourg. The thread connecting everything I do is one instinct: I notice the gap between what something genuinely is and how the world currently perceives it. That gap is where I work.

My background is deliberately varied. I spent years in corporate finance in Luxembourg, which taught me how organisations make decisions and what actually moves commercially. Before that, I worked on the floor of a four-star resort in Vail, Colorado, which taught me what world-class guest experience feels like from the inside. And I built RÉACLYSE, a premium brand, from zero, which taught me what it means to have something worth finding and no audience yet.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. Hotels, venues, and lifestyle brands that have built something genuinely worth experiencing. Individuals who are ready to build a presence that reflects who they actually are. Founders who need clarity before they can move. Each engagement gets my full attention from start to finish.
